Tucker’s career began with the Jackson Cross company, now CB Richard Ellis, the largest real estate provider in the world. There he assisted companies in the acquisition, renewal, and subleasing of premium office space and multi-family properties in Philadelphia. Before joining Berkshire Hathaway, Tucker launched his own company which bought, rehabbed, and successfully sold properties in and around Philadelphia and the suburbs.
His passion for building and architecture can be seen in his own home which he built in the Bella Vista area of Philadelphia in 2009 after having lived in the community for many years. Tucker’s love of the city began in the Rittenhouse Square area where he spent most of his time talking to building owners and walking the neighborhood.
Tucker partnered with Brian Stetler of the Stetler Group within Berkshire Hathaway. Stetler has more than 28 years of experience in Philadelphia real estate. They formed a partnership and are consistently recognized as being in the top 1/2 % of real estate agents nationally with $70 million in collaborated sales in 2016.
He is a native of Bryn Mawr and is active with his alma mater, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was a varsity oarsman and continues to volunteer.
